Steven Dark plays The Butcher, a psychopathic neighbour at the centre of this twisted horror short from writers and directors Tim Brown & Jacob Dalton.
A darkly comic and distinctly unsettling character role, The Neighbours gave Steven the opportunity to lean fully into menace, eccentricity and black humour — not typecast at all.
The film enjoyed a successful festival run, including selection for the London Movie Awards and Milan Gold Film Awards, and won Best Horror Film at the International Film Festival of Bangkok.
